RECOMMENDED PORTION FOR CONSUMPTION DURING THE DAY: Dissolve 1 portion - 30g (about 1,5 scoops) in 200ml of milk or water and drink immediately after mixing. Consume 2-3 times a day depending on your needs. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) of a varied diet.
